Thirty years ago this week, I officially opened Rich Commercial Realty, then M.Rich. We have come through many iterations over the last 3 decades but remain true to our mission of “putting tenants first!” We love what we do and value relationships in our business from our clients and prospects to our vendors and fellow brokers who help us deliver the best outcomes for our clients every day.
I have been truly blessed over the past thirty years with great people and talent who are passionate about tenant representation provide the kind of service that create sustainable client relationships many of whom are still clients and friends today. It humbles me to think about the numerous people who continue to regard RCR as a valued partner who delivers unbiased information and advice to assist them with the best possible decision for their company to thrive and succeed.
I want to take this opportunity to say “THANK YOU” to the many people who have helped make Rich Commercial Realty the company it is today. It is stronger than ever and has a leadership team that is striving hard to become the best in the business. You have increased our reputation and profile as a leader in the business with a strong reputation focused on relationships built with integrity.
Like all small businesses we have had our share of growing pains, though through every experience we have learned and grown from them. Here is to the future and all we continue to do to better ourselves and our company for the benefit of our clients.
