RCR Broker Street Jones was recently quoted in an article published by the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR).
The article emphasizes the importance of the “golden rule” in commercial real estate – that the value of a broker and this industry as a whole still rely on a genuine desire and ability to help people. As a largely face-to-face industry, commercial real estate continues to be affected by the COVID-19 pandemic as companies explore more remote work options for their employees and, in some cases, choose to downsize their office space. Though technology solutions can help to connect tenants and buyers with information about available properties and sophisticated market analytics, there will always be value in having a trained professional to advise them through the real estate decision-making process – people who care about their clients, know the market, and know how to align a company’s goals with their ideal workplace.
