Sierra Stroebert serves as Brokerage Coordinator at RCR. Prior to joining RCR, Sierra was the Operations Manager for Avison Youngs Raleigh Office. She has worked in the commercial real estate industry for several years and is hungry to learn, excited to develop new skills, and is looking forward to making new connections.

She is a native North Carolinian and grew up on the Outer Banks. Sierra received a bachelor’s degree in communications from Meredith College. In her free time, she loves nothing more than going to concerts, the beach, spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, big O.
