Nick Kasprzak serves as Vice President at RCR. Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Nick worked as a loan analyst and a residential real estate broker.

Specializing in industrial, flex, and office tenant and buyer representation, Nick prides himself on his ability to communicate with his clients. Nick assists clients throughout the Triangle and North Carolina in executing real estate strategies that add value to his clients.

Nick is actively involved in the NAIOP Raleigh-Durham chapter. NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, is the leading organization for developers, owners and related professionals in office, industrial and mixed-use real estate. Nick is actively working towards his CCIM designation. CCIM is the gold standard for commercial real estate professionals. CCIMs complete a rigorous program of advanced coursework and training in financial and market analysis and demonstrate extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry.

Nick is a Raleigh native and graduate of Leesville Road High School. After graduating high school, Nick received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Hampden-Sydney College. In his free time, he enjoys going to concerts, playing basketball & golf, and spending time with his friends and family.
