Conley Moretz serves as Vice President of Business Development at Rich Commercial Realty, where she helps clients navigate one of the most important aspects of their business—commercial real estate. After more than a decade in broadcast advertising with WRAL-TV, Conley transitioned to commercial brokerage in early 2024, bringing with her deep experience across many industries including healthcare, automotive, banking, and home services.

Known for her strategic thinking and client-first approach, Conley is a licensed commercial real estate broker who specializes in medical office leasing and investment sales. She works alongside Sam DiFranco and Dylan Heafner, forming a team with broad expertise in healthcare, office, industrial, retail, and flex properties. Whether representing a growing practice, an institutional landlord, or a private investor, Conley and her team are dedicated to maximizing value and delivering a seamless transaction experience.

Originally from Newport News, Virginia, Conley moved to Raleigh in 2007 to attend NC State University, where she earned a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Molecular Cellular Development, graduating with Cum Laude honors. Outside of work, she enjoys discovering new restaurants, cheering on the Wolfpack, and spending time with her husband, two young children, and their golden retriever, Bogey.
