Conley Moretz joined the RCR team in 2024 with over a decade of experience in broadcast media sales and business development. Working at the leading television station in the Raleigh-Durham market, Conley was able to work hand in hand with local business owners to effectively strategize and implement full-service marketing campaigns from start to finish. She has worked with businesses across the region of all sizes, and has experience with all industries, including automotive, medical, banking, and home services. Having worked with many long-term clients throughout her previous 11-year career, Conley knows the importance of maintaining strong relationships and being an advocate for her clients. She transitioned to commercial real estate with the goal in mind of continuing to be a trusted resource for her clients and to help position them for optimal success.

Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Conley came to Raleigh in 2007 as an undergraduate at NC State University. She fell in love with the city and never left. She graduated with Cum Laude honors and received a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Molecular Cellular Development.

In her free time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, attending NC State football games, and traveling to the beach with her husband Adam, son Brooks, and daughter, Mason.
