Their brand encompasses 12 subsidiaries including brands like Little Tikes Commercial, Miracle, Playworld, EZ Dock, and USA Shade. With manufacturing facilities in the United States encompass more than 1 million square feet and an additional 355,000 square feet internationally, PlayPower brands deliver full manufacturing capabilities in rotational molding, metal fabrication and finishing, woodworking, soft goods assembly, fiberglass molding, and rope design and engineering.
RESULTS
RCR has provided advisory, brokerage, and consulting services to Playpower all across the world. Working alongside Playpower’s executive team, RCR has helped create and implement an effective real estate strategy across the organization’s footprint. RCR has led a variety of projects notably including a 205,945 SF renewal and expansion of the corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in Dallas, TX the renewal and expansion of a 294,352 SF manufacturing plant in Sosnowiec, Poland, and advisory and consulting assignment 39,000 SF and 220,000 SF of manufacturing space in Lewisburg, PA.
