Austin Miramonti is a Vice President at Rich Commercial Realty, where he leverages his financial background and client-first mindset to guide organizations through strategic real estate decisions. With expertise in representing tenants and buyers of office and flex properties, he brings a strong analytical approach to optimizing portfolios, managing risk, and aligning real estate strategies with broader business goals. Prior to joining RCR, Austin was involved in more than 300,000 square feet of office, flex, and retail transactions during his time with a national brokerage firm.

Recognized for his integrity, transparency, and ability to build lasting relationships, Austin is committed to delivering tailored, value-driven solutions for every client. During his time with a national brokerage firm, he earned the firm’s Rising Star Award in 2024 and was one of only 16 brokers nominated across the U.S. and Canada for the new broker Acceleration Program. Austin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.

A native of Atlanta, GA, Austin previously spent six years in Dallas, TX with one of the largest investment advisor firms in the country before transitioning into commercial real estate. Outside the office, he enjoys staying active and can often be found playing basketball, tennis, or golf. Austin now resides in Raleigh with his wife, Ellen, and their dog, Levi.
