Michelle Beck serves as Brokerage Coordinator at RCR. She has a background in education and office operations. Prior to joining RCR, Michelle was a teacher with the Wake County Public School System before transitioning to an operations role at a small financial investment firm where she supported multiple financial advisors, oversaw compliance, and handled day-to-day responsibilities.

Michelle grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina and received a bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education from North Carolina State University. In her free time, she enjoys exploring Raleigh with her husband Jamen, spending time with her family and friends, and reading books.
