Medical Building Sale & Lease Negotiations

OVERVIEW

Property was leased to one of the major healthcare systems with a lease expiration in the near term. Ownership was considering an exit strategy. Rich Commercial Realty was engaged by the ownership group to negotiate a new lease with the tenant with intentions to structure the lease to maximize the value of the property. Outside issues forced an extremely tight timeline to negotiate the lease and sell the property.

RESULTS

Leveraging our market knowledge, relationships with buyers, and lease negotiation skills, Rich Commercial Realty negotiated a lease with the tenant and simultaneously offered the opportunity to credited prospective investors which resulted in a sale that exceeded the sellers expectations and aligned with the timing requirements.
