Conley Moretz joined the RCR team in January 2024, bringing over a decade of experience in broadcast media sales and business development. At the leading television station in the Raleigh-Durham market, Conley worked closely with local business owners to develop and execute full-service marketing campaigns from start to finish. Her expertise spans various industries, including automotive, medical, banking, and home services, with a strong focus on helping businesses of all sizes achieve their financial goals through effective and strategic marketing.

Throughout her 11-year career, Conley distinguished herself by building and maintaining long-term client relationships, always advocating for their best interests and ensuring their success. This dedication to client service inspired her transition to commercial real estate, where she continues to serve as a trusted advisor, committed to positioning her clients for optimal success.

Originally from Newport News, Virginia, Conley moved to Raleigh in 2007 to attend NC State University, where she earned a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Molecular Cellular Development and graduated with Cum Laude honors. She has called Raleigh home ever since.

In her spare time, Conley enjoys exploring new restaurants, cheering on the NC State Wolfpack, and spending quality time with her husband, Adam, son, Brooks and daughter, Mason.
