As a follow up to their April Report, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) recently published the results of their May survey questions sent to its worldwide membership detailing the continued effects of the COVID-19 outbreak on CRE. Among the survey results were the current impact of the pandemic, as well as brokers’ expectations and confidence levels regarding future office and industrial deals.
