Rich Commercial Realty Welcomes New Strategic Hire
Raleigh, NC, January 2024 – Rich Commercial Realty (RCR) has added Conley Moretz as a Vice President of the firm. Moretz, a North Carolina licensed Real Estate Broker, brings with her, over a decade of experience in broadcast media sales and business development. Working at the leading television station in Central North Carolina, Moretz worked hand in hand with local business owners to effectively strategize and implement full-service marketing campaigns from start to finish. She has worked with businesses across the region of all sizes, and has experience with a wide variety of industries, including medical, banking, automotive, and home services.
Having worked with many long-term clients throughout her previous career, Moretz understands the importance of maintaining strong relationships and being an advocate for her clients, which are both pillars of the culture at RCR. She has transitioned to commercial real estate with the goal of continuing to be a trusted resource for her clients and to help position them for optimal success.

Born and raised in Newport News, Virginia, Moretz came to Raleigh in 2007 as an undergraduate at NC State University. She graduated with Cum Laude honors and received a B.S. in Biology with a concentration in Molecular Cellular Development. She fell in love with the city and never left and now resides in the Triangle with her Husband and two children.
Moretz will team with Principals Sam DiFranco Jr., SIOR, CCIM and Dylan Heafner, SIOR, CCIM focusing on the healthcare sector, client relations, and business development.
