WASHINGTON, D.C. — May 13, 2024 — The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) recently elected Street Jones, SIOR, Partner at Rich Commercial Realty in Raleigh, N.C., to serve a two-year term on the SIOR Board of Directors as a member-at-large. He will assume this position at SIOR’s Fall 2024 conference in Los Angeles this October.
Street has over a decade of commercial real estate experience and brings with him a background in business banking prior to transitioning into commercial real estate. Street has been an active member of SIOR where he sits on both national and chapter level committees, serving as the 2023 Chairman of the Independent Brokerage Group and now Immediate Past Chairman. Street is proud to be one of the less than 0.5% of members to hold both the office and industrial specialist designation.

Street advises occupiers of commercial real estate in both office and industrial product types working with corporate users across a spectrum of industries with a focus on LBM, Technology, Professional Service, Legal, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Distribution. His work includes building strategy and negotiating on tenant and buyer representation assignments, assisting occupiers with the disposition of excess space. Street is focused on building lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of service. Over the last two years, he and his team have completed over 3,000,000 square feet of transactions across 26 states. He feels strongly about educating his clients on the market and excels in areas of analysis of space needs, site/space analysis and selection, and lease or purchase negotiations.
A Raleigh native, Street is a graduate of Needham B. Broughton High School and Hampden-Sydney College and is an active participant in alumni associations of both institutions. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, working in the yard, and traveling with his wife Ashton, son E, and daughter Wells.
