OVERVIEW

Rich Commercial Realty was engaged to represent our client in securing a new Brier Creek location for a state-of-the-art medical office building. Securing a Class A facility within a limited area while also understanding the best ownership structure for the Client.

RESULTS

Rich Commercial Realty located and secured an optimum site to support the client’s new 32,000 square foot medical office building that included future development capabilities that to drive more traffic and value. Through their expert guidance and connections in the market, RCR facilitated and negotiated a joint-venture partnership with an established developer to construct the building. Client received the desired ownership interest and ultimately maintained the timeline and building criteria established upon engagement. As part of the joint-venture partnership, RCR’s client also received a 100% return of equity within 24-months through our creative structuring and financing guidance.
