Street Jones, Vice President

Street JonesStreet Jones joined RCR in 2013 as a Broker and now serves as the Broker In Charge for RCR. He brings with him a background in business banking, working at The Fidelity Bank for two years before transitioning into commercial real estate. His banking exposure and knowledge has allowed him to better advise his clients and protect their interests.

As a Partner and Vice President at RCR, Street is focused on building lasting client relationships by providing the highest level of service. Specializing in national office and industrial buyer and tenant representation, Street and his team completed over 2,000,000 square feet of transactions across 16 states in 2016. He feels strongly about educating his clients on the market and excels in areas of analysis of space needs, site/space analysis and selection, and lease or purchase negotiations.

A Raleigh native, Street is a graduate of Needham B. Broughton High School. He attended Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia where he received a B.A. degree in History. He is now an active participant in alumni associations of both institutions. Street is also an active member in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the National Association of Realtors, and Leadership Raleigh Class 35. In his free time, he enjoys
hunting, running, and traveling with his wife, Ashton.
